Dustin Ericksen
In October 2006 176 appointed Dustin Ericksen to create a brand identity and online presence for 176. Working closely with the Zabludowicz Collection over the coming year Dustin produced a logo, publication format and all print material for 176. To inaugurate this relationship Ericksen produced 500 unique drawings to be given away free. These drawings, and the website they link to were specifically designed by Ericksen to expose the working methods of 176.
20 A1 sized drawings were produced using a pen-plotter in combination with hand drawn areas. The drawings were cut into 25 sections and a carbon print of the website address added to each. The project is an extension of Ericksen’s production of objects foregrounding social networks, aesthetics and jobs.
